- butter, melted1/2 cups
- soy-based steak marinade1/4 cups
- salt1 teaspoons
- ground black pepper1 teaspoons
- cayenne pepper1 teaspoons
- lemon, quartered1
- small tomatoes, thinly sliced2
== Directions ==
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place fish in a 13×9 inch baking dish or pan.
Pour butter, marinade, salt and pepper onto and around the fish. Squeeze the lemons onto the fish. Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
